Located in the quaint village of East Peckham

The main space, is a multi-purpose facility, suitable for a wide range of activities.

Being able to seat 150 people it is a centre for functions, wedding receptions, family parties, children's birthday parties, luncheons. plays, quiz nights and music or dance events. There is a stage for plays, and where artist can perform. A sound system and stage lighting are both available.

A large grass area is adjacent which, for instance, could take large marquees, small sport events, or bouncy castles. The annual Vicarage Fete takes place at the hall and its grounds.
