JEMMA CLARK

Jemma is a children’s entertainer based in East Sussex, and has been a full-time entertainer since 2013. She is full of energy, enthusiastic and tons of fun! Jemma brings her bubbly personality to every event; ‘making it magical’ is her main objective. Beginning at the age of two, Jemma joined Shelia Price School of Dancing, studying a range of styles: ballet, tap, jazz, modern, street, character and contemporary. Jemma also started performing in annual shows, dance festivals, competitions and numerous Hammond Family Pantomimes; after this, Jemma continued gaining a wealth of experience in a variety of performing arts when she joined Footsteps Theatrical Workshop. During this period, she taught dance and drama to children under the age of eight at Footsteps Theatrical Workshop for four years, whilst studying at West Kent College. In 2010, Jemma was awarded a triple distinction in Performing Arts (Musical Theatre). JAMIE CLARK

Jamie is the youngest member of the JEvents team; nevertheless, he beholds an array of experience in the events industry. Firstly, at a very young age, Jamie was a member of Footsteps Theatrical Workshop, excelling in both dance – street dance in particular – and drama. During his time with the company, Jamie featured in an array of live shows. Alongside this, through Jamie’s extensive experience in competitive football, JEvents are also able to provide some of the best football parties available in the South East of England. Jamie has experience competing at the semi-professional level, and in 2019 – during his gap year – represented a football academy and signed his first sponsorship deal. Currently, Jamie represents Loughborough University’s AU Futsal Club, which sees their first squad compete in the highest level of Futsal in the country and a selection of players from the club representing England. Moreover, to add to his extensive knowledge of the game, Jamie is also a fully qualified FA football coach and FA referee. The highlight of Jamie’s playing career, so far, was undoubtedly having the opportunity to play against the team he supports – Chelsea FC. During Jamie’s time at JEvents, he has received countless praise – most commonly for his positive relationship and engagement with the younger children. This is partially influenced by the numerous experiences he has gained during his years in education, such as being a member of the sport’s leadership team during his secondary years – which involved visiting local primary schools to teach the younger students sport – as well as during his sixth form years becoming Head Student. This role involved countless interactions with, and organisation of events for, the younger students – alongside several other roles and responsibilities which have further shaped Jamie into the very respectable young man that he is. Since being a member of the team in 2018, Jamie has been constantly expanding his involvement within the company – such as learning to use the DJ equipment – and also behind the scenes being heavily involved in our exciting plans for the future. Following exceeding his course entry requirements in his 2019 A-level results, Jamie was successful in securing a place at Loughborough University – enabling him to study a Bachelor of Science Joint Honours degree in Psychology with Criminology, whilst also continuing his sport at the most competitive level possible. Upon his return from university, between academic terms, we look forward to welcoming him back to the JEvents team.
